Curriculum Structures: Planning, Development, Analysis, Staffing Requirements and Cost
This course provides senior staff and governors with the essential language and underlying relationships of curriculum design in an accessible and useful manner. Course-specific spreadsheet tools for curriculum planning, curriculum cost analysis and staffing structures and deployment will be provided for participants that delegates can adapt to the needs of their own institutions. It also supports common understanding between curriculum planners and finance managers and is highly relevant to any middle leader aspiring to senior leadership.

Strategic Behavioural Management that Works
This course will provide delegates with an insight into one school’s journey of behavioural improvements. Delegates will see the strategic planning that took place, the systems that were introduced and how success was measured. Strategies will be shared; successful, proven behavioural systems will be demonstrated; and examples of key policies will be illustrated.

Using Data Better: Workshops for School Leaders and their Data Managers
This course brings together school leaders and their data management colleagues to relect on their own practice and to learn from others. The main objectives of the course are to work with RAISEonline and other data sources to develop a clear picture of a school’s performance and use tools and approaches to data analysis, including making best use of information systems.
